- Course: A fast and flat USATF Certified 5K course with a Halloween theme.
- Costume Contest: Participants can join the BEST COSTUME CONTEST for Best Male and Female Costumes.
- Registration Deadline: Register by October 16th at Midnight for a guaranteed dry-fit t-shirt and a FREE BEER courtesy of our long-time host, THE IRISH TIMES PUB.
- Date and Time: The race is on 2024-10-26 at 975 Main St, Holbrook, NY 11741.
📅 Registration Details
- Bib Pick-Up: Early bird bib pick-up and registration on Friday, October 25th at THE IRISH TIMES PUB between 4-6pm.
- 5K Awards: Top three male and female finishers overall.
- Age Group Awards: Top three males and females in various age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+.
- Monster Dash Participants: All will receive a finisher ribbon!

- Event Shirts: T-shirts guaranteed for participants who register by October 16th: limited extra shirts available after that date.
- Happy Hour: Pick up your participant shirt and enjoy The Irish Times Pub's Friday Happy Hour on October 25th from 4-6pm.
- Limited Extras: Limited extra shirts available at Happy Hour.
- Monster Dash Fun Run: Open to children 12 and under.
💰 Entry Fees
- 5K: $30 with event shirt guaranteed if registered by October 16th: $35 on Day-of.
- Monster Dash Fun Run: $15 with event shirt guaranteed if registered by October 16th: $20 on Day-of.
- Virtual Halloween 5K: $30 with event shirt guaranteed if registered by October 16th: virtual runners not eligible for awards.
🌍 Virtual Race Information
- When / Where: Run your race anywhere at your convenience and post results anytime by October 26th, 2024.
- Upload Results: Complete your run, and upload results and photos on the race website.
- Race Bib: After registering, download your race bib from your RunSignUp profile under Upcoming Races.
- COVID-19 Safety: Please adhere to local laws and traffic safety while running.
🎗️ Charitable Giving Initiative
- Community Support: The STRONG ISLAND RUNNING CLUB is assisting TEAM RED WHITE AND BLUE charity for wounded veterans.
- Food Drive: Bring a non-perishable food item to the event to help ISLAND HARVEST feed neighbors on Long Island.
- Raffle Entry: All who donate will be entered into a raffle for a free race entry and a special mystery prize.
