Join us in our annual Thanksgiving Turkey Trot Run, where you'll be running off the Turkey and all year long! After all, we run so we can feast :). Join us in this fun, community 5K, 10K, or Half-Marathon 13.1. Set a goal, bring your friends and family, and have a great time this Thanksgiving Holiday!
📋 What to Expect
- Sell-Out Warning: Run will sell-out QUICK! Price will increase after every 20 participants.
- Wave Capacity: This small, private group run is capped at just 15-20 participants per wave.
- Everyone Welcome: All paces and ages (under 18 with guardian) are welcome - Run or Walk!
- No Setup Needed: There's no equipment or setup, this is just a pure run with our coordinators to support you!
⏱️ Timing Information
- Stress-Free Run: This is a stress free run to support you in achieving your goals!
- No Timing Chips: No timing chips will be used during the race.
- Optional Timing: Our coordinators can help you keep your time using bib numbers given out on race day!
- Results Submission: Please tell our coordinator on race day and they will walk you through noting your start and stop time.

- Running T-Shirt: Shipped to the address you register with - US only.
- Finisher's Towel: Finisher's Towel or Giveaway
- Finisher's Medal: Shipped - Email us after the run.

📦 Packet Pickup
- No Hassle: No hassle of picking up packets required!
- Swag Shipment: Swag shipped direct to your address.
- Race Bibs: Provided on race day.
📅 When Will I Get My Swag?
You will get your shirt at your mailing address the week of your race.
📧 Race Updates
We will email you a final update the Wednesday before the race with final details and course maps.
🌟 Last Minute Registrations
Yes, but please note that it takes time for us to ship your shirt. Your shirt will likely arrive after the run. You can wear any shirt you find appropriate to run the race!
🕓 Start Time
4:30 PM. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start. You can also start if you arrive late but note our coordinators will only stay for 2 hours.
🖥️ Virtual Run Option
- Flexible Timing: Virtual runs can be done any time and place of your choosing using any tracking device.
- Submit Results: After you finish, submit your results to info@thebestraces.com to receive your medal!
- Training Pack: Our Virtual Run uniquely offers a Training Pack with Digital Tools to support your run.

❤️ Run for Others: Make a Difference
Every year we aim to provide 5,000 stipends, scholarships, or just free entries (with Shirt & Medal) to those who aren’t able to pay for a registration ticket themselves.
