- Pre-Race Event: September 27th, 6 PM - 8 PM (Race packet pick-up, ground exploration, archaeologist talks)
- Race Start Time: 7:30 AM on September 28th
- Packet Pick-Up: 6:00 - 7:00 AM on race morning if not collected at the pre-race event
- Post-Race Activities: Music, craft beer, refreshments, awards ceremony at Magnolia at the Dale House Cafe
