The Gloucester Township Day Scholarship Committee invites you to run with us in the 28th Annual Gloucester Township Scholarship 5K Run and One Mile Walk on Saturday, April 12, 2025.

• Date: April 12, 2025
• Time: One Mile Walk/Run begins at 8:30 am, 5K Run/Walk begins at 9:00 am
• Check-in: Starts at 8:00 am
• Location: 1226 Chews Landing Rd., (Senior Citizens Building), Blackwood, NJ

💵 Registration Information

Proceeds from the event fund college scholarships for high school students residing in Gloucester Township.

• Registration Fees: 5K Run/Walk - $25, One Mile Walk - $10
• Late Registration: Race Day - 5K Run/Walk - $30
• Shirts: Race shirts guaranteed for the first 100 registered participants

• Where is the race taking place? Gloucester Township Municipal Complex – 1261 Chews Landing Road, Gloucester Township, NJ
• What is the course? 5K Course starts approximately 200 yards from the Senior Center on Chews Landing Road and loops through Police patrolled streets ending in the Municipal Complex parking lot. One Mile Walk - two loops around the Veteran’s Park track, with two small loops within the two loops.
• Is there race day registration? Yes, available from 8:00 am to 8:45 am.
• Will I receive a shirt? Yes, shirts are guaranteed for the first 100 registered participants.

🏅 Race Timing and Results

• Timing: Linmark Sports is a ChronoTrack authorized timing company that has timed our race for the last 23 years.
• Results: Linmark will post results immediately as participants cross the finish line. Results will also be available online later that day.
• Awards: Presented to First Male Overall, First Female Overall, First Gloucester Twp. Resident Finisher, First Parent & Child Duo Finishers.
• Age Groups: Top 3 Males & Females - 12 & Under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

👶 Child and Stroller Friendly

• Children: Yes, the race is children and stroller friendly.
• Stroller Policy: Those pushing strollers are asked to start in the back.

📝 Other Important Information

• Refund Policy: Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. This is a rain or shine event.
• Bib Pickup: You can pick up your bib and race shirt on race day, starting at 8:00 am, in the Senior Center At The Gloucester Township Municipal Complex.
• Food: We have a bountiful race spread for our runners and walkers.
• Restrooms: We have indoor facilities! No need to worry about smelly portable restrooms.
