The Superhero 5k Run/Walk benefits CASA Youth Advocates and their services.

📍 Event Details

• When: Sunday, June 8th, 2025, 7:30 am Registration: Race begins promptly at 9:00 am. Kids' Fun Run starts at 8:30 am. No advance registration required.
• Location: Ridley Creek State Park 1023 Sycamore Mills Road Media PA 19063 (Pavilion 11A & B)
• Awards: Top overall male/female race finishers, age group winners (top 1-3).

💰 Entry Fees

• Before May 30, 2025: $40 for Adults, $20 for Children 7-17 (children 6 & under FREE)
• After May 30, 2025: $45 for Adults, $25 for Children 7-17 (children 6 & under FREE).

🌟 New This Year - Kids' Fun Run!

(100 yd dash, out and back). No advance registration required. Same day registration only. (Kids 8 and under).

🎽 Amenities

Each registrant receives a T-shirt, post-race refreshments, and a water station. Arts & crafts, photo booth, family-friendly activities.

📅 Registration Deadline

REGISTER ON OR BEFORE May 18, 2025 TO RECEIVE THE RACE T-SHIRT.

⏱️ Race Results

The race will be professionally timed using chip timing by the Bryn Mawr Racing Co. Results will be posted at Bryn Mawr Racing Co.

CASA serves children and youth in Delaware and Chester counties by providing trained community volunteers to act as advocates for children & youth in the child welfare system. In 2024, CASA served a record-breaking 328 children, providing them with caring adults to help navigate uncertain times. Our goal is to ensure these children are heard and have access to the services they need to thrive.

Our volunteers work tirelessly to make certain that the voices and needs of children are heard, championing their right to stability, equity, and permanency. Through personalized support and consistent advocacy, CASA volunteers build trusting relationships with the children they serve, ensuring they have access to essential resources and a pathway to a brighter future.

The mission of CASA Youth Advocates is clear and powerful: Empowering community volunteers to connect with and champion children and youth involved in the child welfare system, advocating for equity, resources, stability, and permanency. Guided by this mission, CASA continues to be a vital force for change in the lives of vulnerable children, fostering a community where every child has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.
