🏃♂️ Ole McDermitt's Farm 5K Pumpkin Run and Candy Corn Dash
Join us at Ole McDermitt’s Farm for the Third Annual 5K Pumpkin Run/ Walk and the Children’s Candy Corn Dash. The race will begin on the road and end on the farm. It is a road/ trail hybrid run. Race registration includes farm admission for the day and other fun swag. Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome.
🎃 Event Details
- Costume Contest: Run the race with or without a costume to celebrate Halloween. Costume contest with several divisions.
- Trail: Be aware that the trail isn’t flat: includes hay bales to jump over or navigate around.
- Candy Corn Dash: For children (11 and under) dashing around the corn maze. Each finisher gets a candy bag.
- Admission: Everyone needs farm admission. Included for race participants. Spectators can add discounted admission.
🏅 Awards and Packet Pickup
- Awards: Given based on chip timing in various male and female age divisions and Overall Male and Female Finisher.
- Candy Corn Dash Awards: Top three finishers receive awards, and all finishers get candy bags.
- Packet Pick-up: Friday, October 4th, 12-5 pm at the farm. Race day pick-up on Saturday at 8 am if not at capacity.
- Timing: Pumpkin 5K at 8:30 am, Candy Corn Dash at 9:15 am, farm open until 6 pm. Watch for parking signs.
