🏃‍♂️ 2024 Pittsburgh Penguins 6.6K Run and Family Walk

The 2024 Pittsburgh Penguins 6.6K Run and Family Walk presented by Highmark is set for Sunday, October 13, at PPG Paints Arena! Join us for our in-person 6.6K Run or 3.3K Family Walk, or participate in the Virtual 6.6K. All proceeds benefit cancer research and patient care initiatives of the Mario Lemieux Foundation and the youth initiatives of the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation.

📅 Race Start Time:

The 6.6K will start promptly at 8:00 AM: 3.3K walkers will line up behind runners and follow accordingly.

🎟️ 6.6K Raffle:

All participants in the 6.6K Run, 3.3K Walk, and Virtual Event are eligible for raffle prizes and will automatically be entered to win. Prizes will be mailed to winners.

🏆 Age Group Prizes:

Male and female competitors will have age category awards based on chip time in various categories. Cash prizes will be presented to the top three overall male and female finishers. Prizes will be mailed to winners.

🔄 Race Transfers:

Participants can transfer between events for a fee until October 12. In-person event registrants who do not attend will not have their race packet mailed.

🎽 Pre-Race Packet Pickup:

Pickup times/location will be announced closer to race day. Participants can pick up packets for friends and family.

🌐 Virtual Option:

Join the Virtual 6.6K to run anytime between registration and October 13. Submit your time by then to receive the race shirt and medal. Virtual Race packets will be mailed the week of October 21.
