🏃 Celebrate a Nurse 5K and 1 Mile Walk
The 3rd annual Celebrate a Nurse 5K and 1 Mile Run/Walk will take place on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. at 300 Alexander Avenue, Reedsburg, WI.
🎓 Purpose of the Event
- Beneficiary: Proceeds benefit a scholarship for Madison College – Reedsburg nursing students.
- Encouragement: Encourage everyone to participate.
🏅 Race Timing and Awards
- Timing: Only runners participating in the 5K event will be timed.
- Awards: Awards will be presented immediately following the race.
- Categories: Awards will be given to the top 1st-3rd place males and females finishing in each age division.
- Age Divisions: 5K age divisions are: 17 & under, 18-29, 30-49, 50 & over.
👥 Team Participation
- Team Entries: Team entries at no additional charge.
- Examples: Teams may include Alumni Nurses graduation class, Nursing Departments, Healthcare Organizations, Memorial team, and family teams.
- Creativity: Be creative with your team attire – a prize will be given to the most creative team.
- Size Limit: No size limit for a team.
- Additional Award: Award for most creative team overall.
