• Duration: Run a 5K every hour on the hour for 5 straight hours.
• Time Limit: Runners have 59:59 to finish each 5K and be ready to start the next.
• Disqualification: If you miss the time cut, you are out.
• Participation: Race can be done individually or as a team.
