- Starting Point: Tennessee Sports Medicine on Sutherland
- Course Description: Flat, fast race along Sutherland Avenue
- Route Split: 5K participants will split from 8K after one mile
- Greenway Finish: Both courses will run through Third Creek Greenway and finish at Safety City Park
- Overall Awards: Top 3 Male & top 3 Females
- Age Group Awards: Top individual per gender for every 10-year increment (e.g., 9 & under, 10-19, 40-49)
- T-shirt: All finishers will receive a custom T-shirt
- Order Deadline: T-shirt orders will close one week before the race: registrations after March 1st are NOT guaranteed a race shirt
