🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Organizer: Friendship Place is proud to present the Bridge 2 Bridge Run. Please visit https://www.bridge2bridgerun.com/ for additional details.
• Events: The Georgetown Bridge2Bridge Run ("B2B") includes the 5K, 12K, and Half Marathon.
• Course Start: All runners will start at the Rice Museum Clock Tower on Front Street.
• Scenic Route: The course showcases historic landmarks and scenic areas in Georgetown County.

📍 Course Details

• Course Highlights: Participants will navigate past historic buildings such as the Winyah Indigo Society Hall and Georgetown County Museum.
• 12K & Half Marathon: Route includes crossing the Waccamaw, Pee Dee, and Black Rivers, returning to the Historic District of Georgetown.
• Finish Line: All races finish in front of the Maritime Museum.
• 5K Course: The 5K remains within the Historic District of Georgetown.

🎉 Event Features

• Post-Race: Live music and a beer garden will be available for participants and spectators.
• Participant Perks: All participants will receive a T-Shirt and finisher medal.
• Awards: Special medals will be given to top finishers in each age group.
• Restrictions: No refunds or dogs allowed for any distance.

⏰ Mandatory Cutoff Times

• 4 Miles: 8:00 AM - Late arrivals will be switched to the 12K.
• 6.5 Miles: 8:38 AM
• 10 Miles: 9:30 AM
• 12 Miles: 10:00 AM - All participants must be off Highway 17 by this time.

🚫 Additional Notes

• Walking Guidelines: Walkers are encouraged to participate in the 12K or 5K: those who fall behind pace may be picked up by the sag wagon.
• Stroller Policy: Strollers are permitted in the 5K but must start at the back of the line.
• Half Marathon Requirements: Runners must reach the mile 12 marker by 10 AM.
• Note: All mandatory cut-off times must be strictly met.
