Join us for our 4th annual Walk Home at Boys Hope Girls Hope, a family-friendly event with options for everyone—a 5k run, a 1-mile fun walk, or a 1-mile fun run. No matter how you participate, it's going to be a fantastic day in the Garfield MetroParks, all in support of under-resourced pregnant and parenting women in our community!

🎈 Activities & Support
Events like The Walk Home support the transformative work of Haven Home in the Slavic Village community. We will have raffle baskets, games for the kids, and post-race snacks and drinks. Can’t attend? Consider making a donation instead!
⏰ Event Day Timeline
- 1:00 PM: Check-in Begins
- 2:00 PM: Chip-timed 5k Run/Walk Begins
- 2:05 PM: 1 Mile Walk Begins
- Awards: Refreshments will follow!
🗺️ Run/Walk Route
- Start: Rock Community Church Parking Lot
- Turn: Left onto Garfield Blvd
- Trail: Enter the Multipurpose Trail after Turney Rd
- Loop: Follow the outside loop clockwise. Water stop will be off the trail near the Garfield Park Red Oak shelter.
- Exit: Exit the loop on the Multipurpose Trail
- Road: Enter the road before Turney Rd
- Continue: On Garfield Blvd
- Finish: Turn right into the Church Parking Lot to finish
