Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a way to kick off 2026, this unique event offers the flexibility to run for 3, 6, or 12 hours on a scenic 2-mile loop.
Celebrate: Celebrate your achievements and say “good riddance” to the past year while surrounded by a community of passionate runners all striving toward their resolutions.
Track Your Progress: What makes the Resolution Run special is the way you can track your progress! Bring your favorite mug or cup and a small rock—each lap completed earns you the satisfaction of placing a rock in your mug as a symbol of your determination and progress.

📍 Event Details
What: 3 - 6 - 12 Hours of Walking, Running, and Rolling in the New Year
Where: Holland Park - 813 Laurens Rd, Greenville, SC 29607
When: All Races Start at 8am
Packet Pickup: Starts at 7am in the Parking Lot at the back of Holland Park
Course Description: The run course starts at the new Greenline SRT extension from Holland Park, passing notable locations like Double Stamp Brewery and Home Team BBQ.
Course Type: This is an out and back course that will be held on the NEW Green Line extension of the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
Runner Instructions: All runners need to stay to the right side on the way out and the way back to accommodate all the runners and pedestrians along the trail.
⏱️ Timing & Results
Self Timed: This is a self timed event so we ask that you bring a UNIQUE mug/cup to place a small stone in every lap.
Registration: At the end of the event, we will have your name through our registration file that you can place how many laps you completed.
Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces available near the start/stop loop.
Personal Setup: Ample space to set up a personal pop up tent, aid stop if you wish along the course.
🏕️ Personal Tent Setup
Drop Bag: Athletes are permitted to have a drop bag or personal tent near the aid station.
Traffic Flow: Please be mindful to place your personal belongings off the course as to not impede the runners, or the flow of traffic.
Drop Bag Area: The start and finish line loop will serve as the official drop bag area designation.
Cleanup: When you are finished with your race please "pack in and pack out" making the host facility look better than you found it.
🥤 Aid Stations
Location: There is 1 aid station on course during the 2 mile loop.
Food Items: Items may include pickles, cookies, chips, assorted candy, fig newtons, & pretzels.
Hydration: Hydration will include water, coke, and ginger ale.
Donations: If you would like to donate an aid station supply of something that we do not offer or that is homemade feel free!
💧 Cup-less Event
Hydration Vessel: Please provide your own hydration vessel for use at our aid stations.
