🏃♂️ 2024 5K Run for Hope
5K Run for Hope event in the Town of Trail Creek on Saturday, September 14, 2024. The inaugural event theme will be "I'll Be There for You." Our goal is to raise suicide awareness and help to stop the stigma surrounding mental health issues and care in LaPorte County, Indiana.

🧠 Swanson Center
Swanson Center has been the community mental health center for LaPorte County for more than 50 years, providing complete mental and behavioral health services to those who live and/or work in LaPorte County. The event aims to break the silence surrounding suicide, stop the stigma, and raise awareness that there is hope for those struggling with mental health concerns.
