Join us for a delicious 5K race on Saturday, October 19 at Brewnuts located at 6501 Detroit Road!

🎽 What You Get

• Custom Race Shirt: All runners receive a custom race shirt.
• Finisher Medal: Participants will receive a finisher medal.
• Complimentary Donut: Enjoy a complimentary donut from Brewnuts.
• Chip Timed Results: Runners get chip timed results.

👶 Kids' Events

Kids participating in the Donut Dash will receive a complimentary donut from Brewnuts and a Donut Goodie Bag.

🗓️ Race Details

If you prefer to join us from your neighborhood, there is a Virtual Registration Option. Entry includes packet mailing after the race or you can pick up prior to race day at the packet pick up locations.

• Start Time: Registration/Packet Pick Up Outside of Brewnuts- 7:30am
• Donut Dash: Kids 8 & Under 8:45am
• 5K Run/Walk: Starts at 9:00am
• 1 Mile Run/Walk: Starts at 9:00am

📝 Registration Details

Registration/Packet Pick Up Outside of Brewnuts- 7:30am - THERE WILL BE PACKET PICKUP. THERE IS NO RACE DAY PAPER REGISTRATION. IF YOU WANT TO REGISTER AND THE RACE ISN'T SOLD OUT, YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE.

• Donut Dash: Kids 8 & Under 8:45am - $20 - Kids Receive a complimentary donut from Brewnuts and a donut dash goodie bag.
• 5K Run/Walk: 9:00am - $40 - All runners receive a custom race shirt, finisher medal, complimentary donut from Brewnuts and chip timed results.

💰 Refund Policy

Sorry, but all entries are non-refundable. Once we’ve received and processed your entry, you will not receive a refund, you may not give or sell your race number to other people, and entry fees are not transferable to the next year’s race or any other race.

You are able to transfer your entry to another person for a fee of $10.00. This can be done at any of the packet pickups prior to race day. There will be NO transfers on race day!

🐶 Dogs and Strollers

Dogs:

If you want to bring your four-legged friend to Donut Worry, you can, but there are rules. Enforcement of these rules is at the complete discretion of ownership, and failure to obey these rules may result in you and your furry buddy being shown an early exit:

• One Dog per Runner: Only one dog per runner.
• Clean Up: You must pick up after your dog.
• Leashes: Dogs must be on leashes at all times.
• Control: Owners must be able to control their dogs.

Strollers:

We want our youngest donut enthusiasts to enjoy the day as much as the rest of our runners! Please keep your kids and fellow runners safe by following the rules:

• No Double Strollers: This is a small out and back path.
• Start in the Back: Don’t worry, with MyLaps Chip Timing, your time won’t start until you cross the starting line.

🔄 Transfer Information

To complete a Transfer, go to your profile on Runsignup and choose either the refund transfer or gift transfer option. Enter in the Transferee’s name and email to send them the transferring registration. Once the transferee completes the registration, the original registrant is removed from the race.

• Refund Transfers: Transferee pays the current price of the registration. The original registrant pays a $10 transfer fee.
• Gift Transfer: Transferee’s registration is free. The original registrant pays a $10 transfer fee.
