🍩 Race Overview

• Registration Limit: THIS RACE WILL BE CAPPED AT 550, SO REGISTER SOON!
• Date: Join us for a delicious 5K race on Saturday, October 18 at Brewnuts located at 6501 Detroit Road!
• Included Perks: All runners receive a custom race shirt, finisher medal, complimentary donut from Brewnuts, and chip timed results.
• Kids' Event: Kids participating in the Donut Dash will receive a complimentary donut from Brewnuts and a Donut Goodie Bag.

⏰ Race Timing

• Start Time: Registration/Packet Pick Up Outside of Brewnuts- 7:30am
• Events Schedule: Donut Dash - Kids 8 & Under 8:45am
• Main Events: 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Run/Walk- 9:00am
• Timing: 5K - Chip Timed | 1 Mile Run/Walk and Donut Dash - non-timed

📝 Registration Information

• Packet Pickup: Registration/Packet Pick Up Outside of Brewnuts- 7:30am - THERE WILL BE PACKET PICKUP. THERE IS NO RACE DAY PAPER REGISTRATION.
• Cost: Donut Dash - Kids 8 & Under 8:45am - $20, 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Run/Walk- 9:00am - $40.
• Race Perks: All runners receive a custom race shirt, finisher medal, complimentary donut from Brewnuts and chip timed results.
• Refund Policy: All entries are non-refundable. You may not give or sell your race number, and entry fees are not transferable to the next year’s race.

🐶 Dogs and Strollers

• Dogs: If you want to bring your four-legged friend to Donut Worry, you can, but there are rules including: Only one dog per runner, you must pick up after your dog, and dogs must be on leashes at all times.
• Strollers: No double strollers please! This is a small out and back path.
• Safety: Start in the back! With MyLaps Chip Timing equipment, your time won’t start until you cross the starting line.
• Control: Owners must be able to control their dogs and ensure they are well-socialized.

🔄 Transfer Information

• Transfer Options: To complete a Transfer, go to your profile on Runsignup and choose either the refund transfer or gift transfer option.
• Refund Transfers: Transferee pays the current price of the registration. The original registrant pays a $10 transfer fee.
• Gift Transfer: Transferee’s registration is free. The original registrant pays a $10 transfer fee.
