🍩 Race Overview

• Race Cap: THIS RACE WILL BE CAPPED AT 550, SO REGISTER SOON!
• Date: Join us for a delicious 5K race on Saturday, October 18 at Brewnuts located at 6501 Detroit Road!
• Entry Includes: All runners receive a custom race shirt, finisher medal, complimentary donut from Brewnuts, and chip timed results.
• Kids Event: Kids participating in the Donut Dash will receive a complimentary donut from Brewnuts and a Donut Goodie Bag.

⏰ Event Schedule

• Registration/Packet Pick Up: Outside of Brewnuts- 7:30am
• Donut Dash: Kids 8 & Under 8:45am
• 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Run/Walk: 9:00am
• Virtual Registration: If you prefer to join us from your neighborhood, there is a Virtual Registration Option. Entry includes packet mailing after the race or you can pick up prior to race day at the packet pick up locations.

🏁 Timing and Registration

• Timing: 5K - Chip Timed: 1 Mile Run/Walk and Donut Dash - non-timed.
• Race Day Registration: Registration/Packet Pick Up Outside of Brewnuts- 7:30am.
• Online Registration: THERE IS NO RACE DAY PAPER REGISTRATION. IF YOU WANT TO REGISTER AND THE RACE ISN'T SOLD OUT, YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE.
• Donut Dash Fee: $20 for Kids 8 & Under: includes a complimentary donut from Brewnuts and a donut dash goodie bag.

💰 Refund and Transfer Policy

• Refunds: Sorry, but all entries are non-refundable.
• Entry Transfer: You may transfer your entry to another person for a fee of $10.00 at any of the packet pickups prior to race day. NO transfers on race day!
• Transfer Information: To complete a Transfer, go to your profile on Runsignup and choose either the refund transfer or gift transfer option.

🐕 Dogs and Strollers

• Dogs: If you want to bring your four-legged friend to Donut Worry, there are rules including only one dog per runner and dogs must be kept on leashes.
• Strollers: No double strollers please: start in the back to ensure everyone's safety.
• Control: Owners must be able to control their dogs: if your dog behaves in a threatening manner, you may be asked to leave.
• Safety: We want our youngest donut enthusiasts to enjoy the day safely!
