• If you are mailing in your form, please make checks payable to "Hermes Sports & Events" and write "Tom Madzy" in the memo.

• 5K - $25
• Race Day Registration:
• 1 Mile - $25
• 5K - $30

📦 Early Packet Pickup

• Location: Dick's Sporting Goods (200 Great Northern Blvd., North Olmsted, OH 44070)
• Date: Friday, September 26
• Time: 4-6pm

🏆 5K Awards

• Top overall male and female finisher
• Top 3 in the following age groups: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over

📍 Race Details

• Race starts and ends at Lou Groza Field at the Roehm Athletic Complex.
• Score a touchdown as the 5K finishes on the football field.
• Everyone who pre-registers will receive a top quality short sleeve race shirt (guaranteed through Tuesday, September 23 at 9am. Sizes are subject to availability after).
• A limited number of race shirts will be available for those who register on the day of the race, so be sure to register in advance.
• Post race refreshments will be provided to all participants.

❤️ The Cause

• All proceeds go to the Madzy Fund which helps to pay the "participation fee" for student athletes at Berea-Midpark High School.
• Also supports Intermediate and Junior High Schools, as well as, the Berea Baseball Association and Lou Groza Football.
• These funds are for those who could not otherwise afford to pay such a fee.
