Say Grace Thanksgiving Day 5K Race

Event Overview

The Say Grace Race is GraceMed’s signature fundraising event and is also Wichita’s largest local 5K race. The annual family-friendly event has become a Thanksgiving tradition for many in our community. We invite you to come out with family and friends to run, walk, or stroll through Midtown, one of Wichita’s most historic neighborhoods. Then enjoy all your holiday indulgences GUILT FREE!

Participant Perks

• CHIP timing: Accurate race-time tracking for all participants.
• Race t-shirt: Available to the first 2,500 participants.
• Finisher medal: Celebrate your achievement with a medal.
• Awards: Unique awards for overall and age-group winners, as well as team awards, plus access to fruit and water.

Packet Pick-Up

• Location: GraceMed Administration Building, 1150 N. Broadway.
• Date & Time:
  • Tuesday, November 24, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Wednesday, November 25, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Race Day Pick-Up: Available on the east side of the 1122 N. Topeka St. building from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.
• Important: Packets must be collected prior to the race start.

Registration Information

• Online Registration: Closes on 11/25 at noon.
• Same Day Registration: Available on-site the morning of the race until 9:00 am (Payment by card preferred).
• Race Date: November 26, 2026.
• Location: GraceMed Health Clinic, Wichita, KS.
