- Timing: Timing done by DRS Timing, LLC
- Method: Ankle-Chip Timing
- Purpose: This is a fundraiser for the Kalida Music Department Trip Fund

- Champions: Overall Champions and Masters Champions receive awards
- Age Groups: Top three in each age group receive awards

- Registration: Starts at 7:30am, race starts at 9am
- Participant Gifts: Runners will receive a t-shirt and refreshments
- Support: Water stop on course
