🎂 Age Requirements
- Minimum Age: All runners must be 21 or older

📝 Team Name
- Creativity: Be inspired, but maintain a classy approach
- Visibility: Team names will be displayed publicly
- Submission: Names submitted during registration can be changed until March 5, 2025

🏅 Team Categories
- Open Co-ed: Minimum of 2 females
- Open: All-male teams or all males plus 1 female
- Masters: All members must be 40 or older
- Team Size: Ranges from 3-6 members
👟 Team Captain
- Designation: Each team needs a designated captain

- Transferring: Captains can be transferred any time by email request
