Join us for the Vernon Mothers Day Dash 5K on May 11, 2025, at 120 South St, Vernon, CT. This event features a Mother-Son and Mother-Daughter team competition, promising a day full of fun and fitness.
🎽 Registration Details
- Deadline: Mother Son and Mother Daughter teams must register before May 8, 2025.
- T-shirt: Every participant registered by April 6th receives a T-shirt.
- Race Bib: The first 150 registered participants will receive a specialty designed race bib.
- Online Registration: All entries must register using the online system at WWW.RUNSIGNUP.COM.
🏆 Categories and Divisions
- Overall: Male and Female categories available.
- Age Divisions: 0-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.
- Team Competition: Mother-Son and Mother-Daughter categories (Teams must register before May 8, 2025).
- Team Requirement: Both Mother and Son or Daughter must register to compete as a team.
📅 Event Certification
The course is USATF Certified, ensuring a quality racing experience for all participants.
