- Date: Sunday, September 7, 2025.
- Location: University of Colorado Boulder, Boulder, CO.
- Course Variety: 9 different courses for riders of all abilities, including the family-friendly Little Buff.
- Road Closures: Boulder Canyon will be closed westbound for the Epic, Epic 75 and the beginning of the Dirty Epic for riders to enjoy a safe beautiful ride.
🏞️ Gravel Rides
- The Dirty Epic: A 60-mile gravel ride that goes up Magnolia Road to Nederland then Peak to Peak Highway to Gold Hill and back to campus.
- The Dirty Buff: Heads north toward Hygiene along gravel roads along the way.
- Challenge: Only for those who are buff enough!
🎓 Community Impact
- Fundraising Event: The Buffalo Bicycle Classic is the largest scholarship fundraising event in the State of Colorado.
- Support for Scholars: The BBC scholarship fund raises money to support high-achieving, Colorado high school graduates in their academic pursuits at CU Boulder.
- Alumni Success: Over 430 Buffalo Bicycle Classic scholars have graduated from the University of Colorado.
