📅 Training Sessions
- Free Training: The Fredericksburg Area Running Club, in partnership with Lucky Road, is offering free training sessions.
- Types of Training: You can register for the 5K Training (Jan 1 - Feb 8), 10K Training (Feb 9 - Mar 15), and/or the Historic Half Training (Mar 16 - May 18).
- Meeting Schedule: The 5K and 10K Training Groups will meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 8am.
- Historic Half Training: The Historic Half Training Group will meet on Saturday mornings at 8am for long runs with pace groups.
