- Parking: Available in the back lot at Palisades Charter High School (off El Medio, enter from Sunset)
- Walking: Encouraged for those living near Pali High to reduce car congestion
- Registration: Head to Dolphin Stadium football field for registration
- Gates Opening: Pacific Palisades Charter High School gates open at 6:45 AM
- Race Start: Both 5K and 10K start at 8:15 AM, ending by 11AM
- Runner Placement: Fast runners in front, slower participants to the back
- No Dogs: Dogs not allowed on the field or track
- Finish Line: Medals and water available at the finish line
- Finish Times: 5K ideally finishing by 9:30 AM, 10K by 10:30 AM
- Medical Support: On-site medical staff available
