🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The 15th annual East Avenue Grocery Run to benefit Rochester-area food pantries - November 2, 2024!
Join the Grocery Run 10k run, 5k run/walk, or the 1-mile run/walk to support local food pantries. All registration fees go directly to Rochester-area organizations helping hungry people. The 2023 run raised over $66,500, and this year aims to surpass that. Get involved and make a difference!

📅 Schedule

• Live Events: Start at 8:00 a.m. on November 2nd, 2023, at Third Presbyterian Church, 4 Meigs St., Rochester.
• Virtual Participants: Complete the run, bike, walk, or stroll of any distance between November 1st-3rd.
• Register Deadline: October 9th for a preferred size commemorative race t-shirt.

🏃‍♀️ The Grocery Run 5k

• Route: Fast, flat urban route along East Avenue and Court St., with views along the Riverway Trail.
• Awards: Cash prizes for top finishers and age group awards.

🏃‍♂️ The 2nd Annual Grocery Run 10k

• Course: Scenic route along East Avenue and the Riverway Trail, with views of the Genesee River and downtown Rochester.
• Requirement: Participants must maintain a 12-minute mile pace and finish within an hour and fifteen minutes.

🏷️ Packet Pick Up

• Location: Rochester Running Co., 1387 Mt Hope Ave, Rochester, NY.
• Date: Thursday 10/31 and Friday 11/1 from 11 to 6 p.m. Race day pick up available.
