Run Branch County 5k & Half Marathon

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Join us for the second annual Run Branch County 5k & Half Marathon! Our event will be held on Sunday, August 31st, 2025, in Coldwater, MI. Start time is 8am.

💵 Event Pricing

• Opening Race Fee: Until 7/31/25: $30 for 5k, $60 for Half Marathon
• Late Registration: 8/01 to 8/30: $35 for 5k, $70 for Half Marathon
• Race Day: 8/31: $40 for 5k, $80 for Half Marathon
• Group Discount: Save $5 off your total transaction if you register 3 or more people at the same time.

👶 Kids Dash

FREE Kids 50 yard dash - please register your child so we have an idea how many children are participating.

👕 Race Perks

• T-shirts: Participants receive a t-shirt with registrations by 8/1. T-shirts are not guaranteed after 8/1. (5k and half marathon participants only)
• Finisher Medals: Medal provided to all 5k and Half Marathon participants.

🏆 Awards

5K: Top 3 Males, Top 3 Females in age groups 11-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Half Marathon: Top 3 Males, Top 3 Females in age groups 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Course Map: Updated maps will be provided soon. We are in the process of shifting the start/finish line which will slightly adjust the course.

🏨 Hotel Blocks

📦 Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup: Saturday, 8/30, 1-4PM, Dr. Robert Browne Recreation Center, 1776 Heritage Dr., Coldwater, MI 49036. Sunday Race day morning starting at 6:00-7:30AM.

🤝 Proceeds

Proceeds: From the event will provide athletic scholarships for underprivileged youth within Branch County.

🍔 Additional Information

We will have food vendors and the race start/finish is at an outdoor recreational area which offers outdoor basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, pickle ball/tennis courts, and a disc golf course, as well as a children's playground.

⏱️ Race Timing

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation.
