- Refund Policy: Due to the fixed costs of organizing an event, refunds will not be given if the event is cancelled due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

In person registration & packet pick-up at the Luxemburg Village Hall Gymnasium on Friday, June 6 from 3:30 to 5:30 pm and Saturday, June 7 from 7 to 7:45 am.
