Memphis In May Triathlon Weekend

The 2025 Memphis in May Triathlon and AquaBike Division.

On Saturday, May 10, 2025 The Memphis In May Olympic Triathlon will be held at again at Shelby Farms Park.

• Swim: The 1.5K Swim will take place in Hyde Lake.
• Bike: The 40K Bike Route will take you around the park and the surrounding area.
• Run: The 10K Run will be on several of Shelby Farms paved trails.
• Packet Pickup: The Memphis In May Triathlon packet pick up and all of the festivities will be at Shelby Farms Hyde Lake.

🏆 Race History

The 42nd Annual Memphis In May Olympic Triathlon would like to thank Edmond Orgill Park in Millington, TN for many fond memories of the races and the participants who have shared their time with us.

• History: The Memphis In May Olympic Triathlon was first introduced to Edmond Orgill Park in 1991.
• Legacy: It has had the privilege to host many dedicated triathletes over the years.
• Notable Athletes: Past participants include Todd Jacobs, Timothy Deboom, and Kirsten Sass.
• New Location: Shelby Farms, our new home, also hosted the IM Memphis 70.3.

🏃‍♀️ Race Details

The Memphis In May Olympic Triathlon consists of a .93 Mile Swim, 24.9 Mile Bike and 10.2 Mile Run.

The Memphis in May Sprint Triathlon is a sprint triathlon that consists of a 750 meter swim, 11.5 mile bike, and a 3 mile run.

This event is a great way to get started in the sport of triathlon with its association with the Memphis In May Olympic Triathlon and the Memphis in May Triathlon Weekend.

👥 Teams and Discounts

Relay teams are welcome: Female, Male and Mixed. 2 and 3 person teams.

Discounts will show up at the end of the registration process.
