Memphis In May Triathlon Weekend

The 2025 Memphis in May Triathlon and AquaBike Division will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025. The venue is Shelby Farms Park.

🌊 Race Details

• Swim: The 1.5K Swim will take place in Hyde Lake.
• Bike: The 40K Bike Route will take you around the park and the surrounding area.
• Run: The 10K Run will be on several of Shelby Farms paved trails.
• Packet Pick-Up: All festivities will be at Shelby Farms Hyde Lake.

• AquaBike: Available for both the Olympic and Sprint Races.

The 42nd Annual Memphis In May Olympic Triathlon would like to thank Edmond Orgill Park in Millington, TN for many fond memories of the races and the participants who have shared their time with us. The Memphis In May Olympic Triathlon was first introduced to Edmond Orgill Park in 1991 and has had the privilege to host many dedicated triathletes over the years, including Todd Jacobs, Timothy Deboom, and 5-time USA Triathlon Triathlete of the Year, Kirsten Sass.

🚴‍♀️ Race Formats

• Olympic Triathlon: Consists of a 0.93 Mile Swim, 24.9 Mile Bike, and 10.2 Mile Run.
• Sprint Triathlon: Comprises a 1/3 Mile Swim, 11.5 Mile Bike, and 3 Mile Run.
• Great for Beginners: This event is a perfect way to get started in the sport of triathlon.
• Relay Teams: Welcome: options for Female, Male, and Mixed teams (2 and 3 person).
