🏅 RACE OVERVIEW
This day is all about supporting The Summer Safe Ocean State initiative in Rhode Island! We are all coming together to raise awareness & funding toward Water Safety/Drowning Prevention, Cancer Prevention/Cardiac Health & Protecting Rhode Island's Coastal Environment.
🏃♂️ RACE EVENTS:
- 5K Run or Walk: Participate in a fun run or walk.
- 1 Mile or 2.4 Mile Swims: Choose your swim distance.
- 3 Mile or 6 Mile Paddles: For paddle enthusiasts.
- Eco-Challenger: (5K Run + 1 Mile Swim + 3 Mile Paddle)
- Ultimate Challenger: (5K Run, 2.4 Mile Swim, 6 Mile Paddle)
- Co-Ed Swim & Paddle Team Relays: Team up for a relay challenge.
🅿️ PARKING INFORMATION
Parking at Roger Wheeler is charged by car weekend rate: RI Resident $7.00, Non-RI Resident $14.

- 7:00am: 5K Registration Closes
- 7:30am: 5K Race Starts
- 7:30am: Swim & Paddle Check-in / Time Chip Pick Up Opens
- 8:30am: Public Event Area Opens
- 8:30am: Swim Check-in Closes
- 9:00am: Swim Races Start
- 10:30am: Paddle Registration Closes
- 11:00am: Paddle Races Start
🏊 TEAM RELAY EVENTS:
Co-Ed Swim & Paddle Team Relays Start: 1:00pm
🕒 PUBLIC EVENT AREA CLOSING:
