🏃♂️ Join Us for the Fourth Annual I Love CVE Fun Run!
RACE DATE: APRIL 26TH 2025

RACE BEGINS @ 10:00
On April 2022 on a rainy Saturday nearly 500 students, parents, and community members joined us for our first ever fun run! We had a great time running and walking through Zelie, waving to neighbors and friends, and cheering each other on! This year we welcome you to join your CVE community for the FOURTH annual I love CVE Fun Run!
The 2025 run will start at Zelie Park, then take us through our amazing town, THEN we will finish at Zelie Park with food trucks and a post race celebration!!
🎉 Registration and Participation
- Registration: We ask that all participants register and sign a waiver.
- Who Can Join: Parents, grandparents, students and siblings are all welcome!
- Gifts: This year all participants will receive a t-shirt and bib!
- Medals for Kids: Kids will receive a finishing medal!! We invite all CVE students to wear your finishing medal to school on Monday April 28th!!

❤️ Why 1.43?
- Mr. Fred Rogers: A visionary who authentically taught kindness, compassion, inclusion, empathy, and integrity.
- Meaning of 143: 143 is Mr Rogers code for I (1 letter) love (4 letters) you (3 letters).
- CVE Community: He is dear to our CVE community, and his philosophy has been woven into the fabric of our school.
- Perfect Distance: A distance of 1.43 seemed perfect! We hope you will join us in carrying his spirit into the 1.43 Fun Run/Walk Because We Love CVE!
