- Description: Get out of the city and join us for a bike ride or run along the Des Plaines river in Willow Springs. Distances include a 40k or 65k bike ride or a 5k fun run/walk. Come together for a cause to better diabetes care in the greater Chicago area. All proceeds support diabetes care and research in Chicago.

- Details: Join us for the post-race party at Imperial Oak Brewery starting at 11:00 AM.

- Trail Etiquette: Participants must maintain distance and follow passing rules. Helmets are mandatory. Routes include gravel and paved sections with water stations available at specified points.
