Wessagusset 5K

🏃‍♂️ Overview

• Event Date: Sunday, June 1st, 2025
• Location: 75 Pilgrim Road, Weymouth, MA
• Activities: Support the Wessagusset School by running, walking or participating in fun activities and raffles at O’Sullivan Field.
• Start Times: Kids Fun Run at 8:30AM: 5K Run/Walk at 9AM.

All proceeds from this event will help fund educational opportunities and enrichment programs for all students at Wessagusset School.

• Registration Fee: $15 for the Kid Fun Run
• Registration Fee: $30 for the 5K run/walk if registered by June 8th
• Registration Fee: $35 for the 5K run/walk on race day, Sunday, June 9th
• Family Registration: $75 for a family of 4 for the 5K run/walk

📝 Number Pickup

Bib numbers can be picked up night before from 1pm to 3pm at Wessagusset Elementary School.

🚗 Parking

There will be no parking in the school parking lot located on Pilgrim Road. Parking will be available in the public parking lot off of North Street. We will have volunteers directing cars starting at 7:30AM.

🎉 Post Race Party

Immediately following the 5K, the North Weymouth Civic Association will host their Neighborhood Day for all runners and spectators to enjoy. There will be food, drink, music and fun for the kids.

👕 T-Shirts

T-Shirts will be available for the first 200 entrants.

⏱️ Timing Chips

Every participant must wear their numbered bib because it will contain the timing chip. Every participant's time will be recorded with the aid of the chip that is in the bib. The bib will be included in your registration packet. You must wear the bib to be timed and scored.
