🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Turkey Trot for the Twig returns in 2025 on the Saturday before Thanksgiving and it is still all about the Kids!! The event is to benefit children in the foster care system and the programs of The Twig Cares.

• Annual Event: This race has sold out for three years running, so don't wait too long to register.
• Fun for Everyone: A great morning event with something for all ages and all levels.
• Chip-Timed 5K: Compete for awards and enjoy a fantastic post-race celebration.
• Date: 2025-11-22 at 395 E Venice Avenue, Venice, FL.

🎖️ Swag and Awards

Your 5K race swag includes:

• Finisher Medal: Custom Twig Turkey Trot finisher medal for ALL 5K finishers!
• Race Bib: Custom Race Bib included.
• Race Shirt: Custom Short-Sleeve Race Shirt. Or upgrade to a long-sleeve or ladies' tank style shirt for just $5 more. (Subject to availability, style and color may change).
• Shirt Deadline: October 1st. After this date, shirts or sizes are not guaranteed.

📦 Packet Pickup Information

Packet Pickup will be at The Twig (826 Pinebrook Rd. Venice, FL 34285) on the Thursday before the race from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

• Post-Race Policy: Upon completion of the run, any shirts not picked up will be available to trade.
• No Medals Saved: No medals will be saved post race. If packets/shirts/medals are not picked up, you will be forfeiting them.
