Join us for the third Crusher Run 5K at Martin Marietta's Texas Quarry, located in Cockeysville, MD!
Host: Martin Marietta's Texas Quarry, in conjunction with Maryland Transportation Builders and Materials Association and Gray & Son, Inc.
Event Type: Unique race that allows you to run along the perimeter of a working rock quarry.
Participants: All levels, from beginners to advanced runners are welcome.
📅 Race Day Details
Race Limit: 600 combined - 5K (timed) and Family Fun Run (untimed) participants.
Safety: Capacity count will be monitored for safety purposes.
⏰ Starting Times
- 09:00 am: ASA (Athletes Serving Athletes)
- 09:05 am: 5K Start (timed)
- 09:10 am: Family Fun Run Start (untimed)
⏱️ Timing Information
Chip Timing: The timed 5K will be professionally chip timed using disposable bib tags on the back of the race bibs.
Visibility: Bibs must be worn on the front of your shirt and be visible at all times.
Results: Will be provided by Racine Timing and will be available LIVE!
Sharing: A web link to results will be shared for friends and family to follow your race.
⚠️ Event Rules and Safety
Obedience: Runners must obey all race official instructions.
Course Following: Runners must follow the course as indicated by signage, cones, and course officials.
Bibs: Must be worn on the front of your body at all times.
Restrictions: No bicycles or pets allowed during this race due to restricted spacing.
