🏅 Race Format

• USATF-sanctioned: One-mile outdoor track race
• Community heats: Based on pace
• Elite races: Masters & Open Female/Male
• Live results: With 4-lap splits!

🎓 Proceeds and Scholarships

Proceeds go to scholarships for high school student-athletes looking to continue XC or Track & Field in college!

💵 Entry Fee

• Cost: $35 (Includes race tank tops)
• Discount: $3 for 2024 USATF members (must include valid 2025 USATF #)

🏆 Cash Prizes

• Top Five: Age-graded finishers in female and male Elite races
• First place: $300
• 2nd place: $200
• 3rd place: $100
• 4th place: $75
• 5th place: $50

🎖️ Community Mile Prizes

Top five overall female and male finishers based on time.

🏅 Special Category Prizes

Categories for fastest. Must indicate on registration form.

• High School: Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior
• Top Middle School Finisher: Girl/Boy

👥 Teams Registration

Community Mile entries only. Must indicate on registration form.

• Fastest: Couple, Siblings, Mother/Daughter, Mother/Son, Father/Daughter, Father/Son
• First Responders: Fastest Female/Male (Police, Firefighter, Nurse, EMT)

🕘 Mile Heats Schedule

• 9:05am: Community Mile Heat 1 female/male 10-14:59 min pace
• 9:25am: Community Mile Heat 2 female/male: 8-9:59 pace
• 9:40am: Community Mile Heat 3 female/male: 7-7:59 pace
• 9:50am: Community Mile Heat 4 female/male: 6-6:59 pace

10:00am: Heat 5 Female Masters Elite (40's +) (6:30 or faster)
10:10am: Heat 6 Female Open Elite (39 & under) (5:59 or faster)
10:20am: Heat 7 Men's Masters Elite (40's +) (6:30 or faster)
10:30am: Heat 8 Male Open Elite (39 & under) (4:59 or faster)
10:50am: Awards/raffles
No refunds.

🚫 Race Regulations

No animals, headphones, strollers allowed in race for safety. Covid-19 protocols subject to Sheehan Track site requirements. Every Participant will be required to sign a paper copy of the USATF waiver. Please click here for PDF to print and sign
