The 4th Annual Aden Perry Hero Event is a 5k run/walk to honor the life and celebrate the legacy of Aden Perry and his most selfless and heroic act that made him a hero...and now angel.

🎒 School Supplies Donation

• Collecting School Supplies: Bring a bag of school supplies to donate to students in need to help them on their academic journeys.
• Raffle Ticket: You will get a raffle ticket for a chance to win a great raffle prize (not the motorcycle)!

🏅 Ethan Lawrence Scholarship

In honor of Ethan Lawrence, an elite runner and overall winner of our 1st Aden Perry Hero Event who lost his life when he was struck by lightning while out running, we are awarding a college scholarship to the 1st place overall runner in the 15-19 age group category.

🎉 Race Highlights

• Chipped, Timed Course: Great course at Markham Park.
• Dynamic Warmup: Pre-event stretch/warm-up compliments of Yoga Factory & Fitness.
• Live DJ: Enjoy music during the event.
• Post Race Fun: Activities include craft project opportunities and refreshments.

🥇 Event Activities

• Winner Medals: Given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place male and female overall and 1st three male and female winners in each age group.
• Custom Finisher Medals: Awarded to all participants.
• Drift Wicking Race Shirts: All participants receive a shirt.
• Silent Auction and Raffling: Participate in the auction and raffle for great prizes.

💖 Aden Perry Good Samaritan and Scholarship Fund

Since the accident, much has been done through the Aden Perry Good Samaritan and Scholarship Fund. Aden was awarded the Carnegie Hero Award for his last, most selfless act and we are now an official 501C3. We have created the Aden Perry Hero Life Ring initiative with the goal of having life rings along waterways to aid in future water emergencies.
