The Center for Hearing and Communication is proud to present the 3rd Annual Friendship 5K on Sunday April 13, 2025 at Vista View Park. Participants will experience a fun, interactive, and new perspective to the challenges of the deaf community. The Friendship 5K will provide a platform for all to enjoy.
🏆 Awards and Timing
- Chipped Timed: The 5K will be chipped timed by Victory Sports.
- Awards: Awards will be given to the top 3 overall Male and Female.
- Age Group Recognition: Top 3 in each age group will also receive awards.
- Participant Perks: All participants will receive a personalized race bib with RFID timing chip, event shirt, and beautiful custom finisher medal.
📅 Event Details and Schedule
- Friday April 11, 2025: Pre-Race Packet Pickup - Information COMING SOON.
- Sunday April 13, 2025: Event location is Vista View Park, 4001 SW 142nd Ave, Davie, FL 33330.
- 6:15am: Vista View Park Gates Open.
- 7:30am: Start of the Friendship 5K.
🎶 Race Day Itinerary
- 6:30am: Registration and Race Day Packet Pickup Open (Closes at 7:20am).
- 7:00am: Music and entertainment begin.
- 7:10am: 5K Fitness Warmup.
- 8:45am: Friendship 5K Awards Ceremony.
