Take a Breath For Sarcoidosis 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk

Take a Breath for Sarcoidosis is back as an In-Person race! Please join us for our LIVE Run & Walk on Sunday April 27, 2025. Registration includes performance shirt and finisher's medal.

📍 Location & Time

• Venue: DeJon Vineyard, 5300 Hydes Rd., Hydes, Maryland.
• Start Time: 10:00 AM

💰 Registration Options

• 5k Participant: $40 (LIVE race at DeJon Vineyards)
• 1 Mile: $35 LIVE race at DeJon Vineyards
• Silent Hero: $35 to support the cause, even if you can’t participate
• Virtual Participant: $35.00* (Virtual Results will be open for submission starting on 4/26/25)

👕 Packet Pickup & Shirt Information

*In-person participants will pick up their packets on race morning, beginning at 8:30 am. T-shirts and packets will be mailed to virtual race participants.

Please note that shirt sizes and availability are not guaranteed for those who register after April 5

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Registration

Families/groups of 4 or more should use "Multi-Person Pricing" for discounted registration rates.

📝 Sign Up & Donations

Click SIGN UP to register as a race participant. You will have the option of making a donation to the Life & Breath Foundation during the registration process.

Donations are accepted for the Life & Breath Foundation! Please use our DONATE button. Donor can also become fundraisers and encourage others to donate or join their Life & Breath Team.

🏆 Awards

We will be recognizing the Fundraising Team with the most donations to the Life & Breath Foundation and the Individual Fundraiser who brings in the most donations.

This event is timed and managed by Blue Cheetah Sports Timing, LLC. All sales are final and refunds are not offered for weather or other reasons. This is a rain or shine event.
