Get ready to break a Sweat for Nick! Join us for our 10th year celebration at Sweat It Out 5k 2025! We are offering two exciting options:

• Live Race: On Saturday, June 7, 2025.
• Virtual Event: From May 12 to June 7, 2025.
• Kids Fun Run: A chance for children to "Sweat For Nick" too!
• Support NFED: Join us in a way that suits you best.

👥 Team Registration

Start a team with a minimum of 4 members during registration and enjoy a special discount. For the Live Race, compete for the coveted Largest Team Award!

🏅 Live Event Experience

For the Live Event on June 7th, to commemorate our 10 year milestone, we will be rewarding you with a custom medal at the finish line!

• USA Track and Field Certified Course: Wind through Nick's neighborhood.
• Water Stop: Available at the 1.5 mile mark.
• Finish Line Celebration: Food and beverages for registered participants.
• Guides and Cheer Support: Volunteers will be there to cheer you on!

📦 Packet Pick Up

Gear up for the event at Packet Pick Up from 4 – 6:30 pm on Friday, June 6, at Hunter-Gatherer Hangar Brewery.

• FREE BEER: For participants (21 and older) showing their race bib.
• Location: 1402 Jim Hamilton Blvd., Columbia, SC 29205.
• Don't miss out! Pick up your gear to prepare for the run!

🏁 Race Day Details

Join the movement, break a sweat, and make a difference – it's time to Sweat For Nick!

• Date: Saturday, June 7, 2025.
• Start Time: 7 am.
• Location: Old Woodlands Park, Columbia, SC.
• Early Arrival: Arrive 15 minutes prior to start time.

🍔 Post-Race Celebration

Great food and water will be available at the finish line for registered participants only.

🏆 Awards Ceremony

Our awards ceremony will be held around 8:30 am.

• Overall and Age Group Winners: Awards announced at the ceremony.
• Awards Pickup: All awards must be picked up during the ceremony.
• Raffles: Great prizes will be raffled off.

👶 Kids Fun Run

Let your kids join the fun and "Sweat For Nick" at our Kids Fun Run!

• Start Time: 8 am.
• Cost: Only $20.
• Distance: Less than one mile, just for fun!
• Participation: Parents are welcome to run or walk with their children.

💖 Our Cause

Ectodermal Dysplasia is a rare inherited genetic disorder affecting 1 in 17,000 individuals worldwide.

• Support NFED: The nonprofit organization helps families affected by HED.
• Goals: Raising awareness and fundraising for our cause.
• Community Involvement: Joining together for this worthy cause.

📅 Virtual Race Option

Runners and walkers can "Sweat Anywhere" from May 12 - June 7, 2025.

• Race Shirt and Award: All virtual participants receive a shirt and custom award.
• Packet Shipping: Very limited for switches after May 12.
• Share Your Experience: Post pictures and results on our event page!

Dogs on a leash and strollers are welcome!
