• Options: Live Race on June 7, 2025 or Virtual Event from May 12 to June 7, 2025

🏅 Live Event Details

• Custom Medal: Celebrate our 10-year milestone with a medal at the finish line
• Course: USA Track and Field Certified, winding through Nick's neighborhood
• Cheering Volunteers: Support and water stop at the 1.5-mile mark
• Finish Line Celebration: Exclusive food and beverages for registered participants

📦 Packet Pick Up

• Date & Time: June 6, 4 – 6:30 PM at Hunter-Gatherer Hangar Brewery
• Free Beer: 21 and older with race bib
• Location: 1402 Jim Hamilton Blvd., Columbia, SC 29205

🏁 Race Day Essentials

• Date: June 7, 2025
• Start Time: Registration opens at 6:15 AM, race starts at 7 AM
• Arrive Early: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before
• Pet Policy: Dogs on a leash and strollers are welcome!

🍽️ Post-Race Festivities

• Food & Water: Available at the finish line for registered participants

🏆 Awards Ceremony

• Time: Awards ceremony at approximately 8:30 AM
• Pick Up: Awards must be picked up during the ceremony
• Award Categories: Top three male/female winners and age group winners
• Raffle Prizes: Great prizes available for registered participants

🌍 Virtual Race Option

• Participation: Sweat Anywhere from May 12 - June 7, 2025
• Swag: Participants receive a race shirt and custom award mailed after the event
• Registration Deadline: Closes on May 26
• Results Reporting: Results can be reported through the registration site

👶 Kids Fun Run

• Time: Starts at 8 AM
• Cost: Only $20
• Distance: Less than one mile, fun for all!
• Accompanied: Parents are welcome to run or walk with their kids

• Support NFED: Help families affected by this rare genetic disorder
• Mission: Empower and connect those touched by HED
