Join us for the 5th annual Sundae Runday, where we combine our love of running with a love for ice cream! Finish your 10K, 5K run, or 2 mile walk with a delicious ice cream sundae with all the toppings!
We are moving back to our OG spot, Seward Park this year!
🗓️ Race Day Schedule
- 8:30AM: Registration and Packet Pickup Opens
- 9:00AM: Kids Dash
- 9:15AM: Costume Contest
- 9:30AM: 10K Start
- 9:45AM: 5K and 2 Mile start
- 10:00AM: Ice cream time!
- 10:30AM: Awards
🎉 Sundae FUNday Festivities
- Post-race treats: Ice cream treats for all, including your four-legged friends!
- Finisher's item: It will be something fun, and functional!
- Halfway mark: Water and whipped cream at the banana split halfway mark!
- Free Photos: Enjoy free event photos.
- Kid’s Tent: Games & Crafts for the little ones.
- Costume Contest: Put on your Sundae best!
- Course: Traffic free course through Seward Park and the shores of Lake Washington.
- Stroller friendly: Stroller friendly event.
- Furry Friends: Dogs are welcome to run with us!

- 10K Fees:
- January 1 - 31: $35
- Feb 1 - April 30: $45
- May 1 - June 30: $50
- July 1 - August 9: $55
- Day of Event Registration: $60
- 5K & 2 Mile Walk Fees:
- January 1 - 31: $30
- Feb 1 - April 30: $40
- May 1 - June 30: $45
- July 1 - August 9: $50
- Day of Event Registration: $55
- Kids 15 and under: $25 (includes shirt and ice cream)
- Kids dash: $10 (includes ice cream and finisher's ribbon)
- Registration Deadline: Register by July 15 to guarantee your shirt size.
- Team Discount: Teams of 6 or more get an automatic discount.
