🌄 Event Overview
The Stories Trail Runs is a unique winter trail running adventure taking place in Colorado Springs, CO against the breathtaking backdrop of Cheyenne Mountain, and “America’s Mountain” Pike’s Peak, with sweeping views of the Colorado Front Range below.
🎉 Community Atmosphere
- Main staging area: At the start/finish of each loop.
- Supportive environment: An amazing community atmosphere.
⏳ Timed Events
- Unique format: Participants will enjoy multiple loops spread out through Cheyenne Mountain State Park.
- Challenge: Runners compete to run as many miles as they can or want within their allotted time.
- Options: 30-hr, 15-hr, 6-hr timed events.
🏞️ Shorter Distance Options
- Trail 10k and Half Marathon: Round out the weekend as shorter distance options.
- Community experience: Enjoy the communal aspect of HPRS.
- Scenic trails: Runners will enjoy a fantastic trail race along select trails within the State Park.
