Running of the Elves 5K

Join us for the 12th Annual Running of the Elves on Saturday, November 23, 2024.

🏃‍♂️ Participation Details

• Costume Encouraged: Dressing in your best holiday attire is encouraged.
• Registration Cut-off: Participants registered by November 8th are guaranteed an elf hat, a finisher's medal, and a t-shirt.
• Packet Pickup: Package Pickup will be at Central Community Athletics Gym on Friday, November 22nd from 10 am - 5 pm.
• Race Day Pickup: Race day packet pickup will be at 6:45 am at Wildcat Stadium.

🥞 Post-Race Activities

• Food: FREE pancakes and coffee for EVERYONE.
• Santa Photos: Pictures with Santa Claus.
• Giveaways: Great prizes and surprises.
• Kid Activities: Fun competitions and activities for kids.

🏅 Race Timing and Awards

• Chip Timing: This event will be professionally chip timed by Pelican Timing.
• Finisher's Medal: All participants will receive a finisher's medal.
• Awards: Top Runner Awards from Rogers Regional Eye Center.
• Costume Contest: Awards will be given for the best costumes!

💵 Registration Fees

• Early Registration: Through October 1st, 2024 - $30.
• Late Registration: October 2nd through November 21st, 2024 - $35.
• Race Day Registration: November 23rd, 2024 - $40.
• Online Registration Cut-off: Ends at 11:59 pm on November 21st, 2024.

👕 T-shirt Details

T-shirts will be provided for registrations by November 8th, 2024. Additionally, unique Race t-shirts will also be on sale separately until November 16th, 2024. You can purchase one here.

• Top Overall Male
• Top Overall Female
• 1st and 2nd Male in each age group
