• Join Us: Come walk, come run, come eat, come cheer! Volunteer! Support a great cause! The 5k is stroller friendly!
• Organizer: First Look Pregnancy Center is hosting the 12th annual Pound the Ground for Ultrasound. First Look offers free ultrasounds to anyone between 7-20 weeks.

💰 Registration Details

• Early Bird Special: Register by March 31st to receive an athletic wicking T-shirt and early bird pricing:
• Pricing: $25 - 10k Walk / Run. 5k Walk / Run
• Family Rate: $60 - Family of 4 for the 5k or 10k (same household)

📅 Pricing After Early Bird

• Window: Pricing from April 1st - May 21: (No shirt available)
• Standard Registration: $30 - 10k Walk / Run. 5k Walk / Run
• Family Rate: $80 - Family of 4 for the 5k or 10k (same household)

📍 Event Logistics

• Registration Closure: Online registration closes May 21 at noon.
• Packet Pick Up: Available Friday, May 23rd between 6-8 at Hopegate Athens Center located at 116 Walnut Street, Athens.
• Race Day Registration: Available "day of" event 7:30am - 8:40am.

• Day of Rate: $35 - 10k Walk / Run. 5k Walk / Run
• Family Rate: $85 - Family of 4 (Same household) 5 or 10k
• Breakfast: Included for event participants!

🏆 Church Challenge

• Annual Challenge: 6th annual Church Challenge!! The beautiful hand-carved plaque is on display at last year’s winning church, Fellowship Bible Church - Troy BUT it’s up for grabs again this year!
• Participation: When you register for Pound the Ground 5k or 10k, share the name of the church you attend.
• Competition: The PTG team tallies the church with the most registrants and they win.
