Event Date: January 11, 2025

Location: 14261 Clubhouse Drive, Bokeelia, FL

Entry Information: Entry will open in late summer 2024.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Event Overview

• Family and Pet Friendly: This is a family and pet friendly walk/run.
• Course Details: The course will include approximately one mile of the Calusa Heritage Trail, which is hard packed gravel, but may include some bumps and a little mud depending on the weather.
• Scenic View: Participants will climb steps to the top of the Randell mound for one of the prettiest views on the island!
• Neighborhood Streets: The remainder of the event will be along quiet neighborhood streets.

🏅 Awards and Medals

• Participant Medals: We are also providing participant medals!
• Race Tech Shirts: Guaranteed to participants that register by January 1, 2025.
• Post-Race Refreshments: Post-race refreshments will be available.
• Awards Ceremony: Post race awards will begin at approximately 9:15 am.

💰 Event Proceeds

Event proceeds will benefit the Kiwanis Club of Greater Pine Island and the children's programs at the Calusa Heritage Trail.

🚗 Parking and Registration

• Parking: Parking and race staging are at Alden Pines Clubhouse 14261 Clubhouse Drive Bokeelia, FL 33922.
• Packet Pick Up: Thursday Jan 9 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Century 21 on Pine Island, 10191 Stringfellow Rd, St James City, FL 33956: Race day pick up begins at 7 am at the event.
• Race Day Registration: Available by the participant's cellular device only, may be dependent upon signal strength in the area.
• Connectivity Reminder: Please consider registering prior to coming to the event to avoid potential connectivity issues.

🔄 Refund Policy

This event is a fundraiser for the Kiwanis Club of Pine Island. If the event is cancelled due to weather and is unable to be rescheduled, or if you are unable to attend following registration, all registration fees will be considered a donation to the Club.
