Pigskin Classic 5K

🏃‍♂️ Pigskin Classic 5K Overview

A fast 5K race through downtown Cleveland to get you ready for the Big Game! Come down for the race and stay for the post-race party at Dive Bar, where you will be able to watch THE Ohio State University take on Michigan, in one of the greatest rivalries in college football.

• Custom Shirt: Choose your team, either OSU or Michigan.
• Free Beer: Help you rehydrate after the race.
• Awards: Age group awards and a CUSTOM FINISHER MEDAL.
• Longest Throw Competition: All proceeds will benefit the OSU Alumni Scholarship Fund.

🕗 Start Time

• 8:30 a.m: Packet Pick-Up and Race Day Registration opens inside the Dive Bar
• 9:15 a.m: Longest Throw Competition - Male/Female Divisions
• 10:15-10:30 a.m: 5K Race Begins
• 12:00 p.m: Ohio State vs. Michigan Game

Includes race entry, t-shirt, timing chip, entrance into the Watch Party, and one FREE BEER (for those 21 and over, redeem inside Dive Bar).
All 5K participants will receive a CUSTOM COLLECTABLE COIN!

🏆 5K Awards

Top 5 men and Top 5 women overall and three deep in the following age categories:

• Age Groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over
• Awards Ceremony: Top 5 male and female winners will be announced at Dive Bar following the race.
• Age Group Awards: All age group awards will be made available inside Dive Bar at the Awards Table.

🎉 Watch Party

• Location: Party will be held at Dive Bar on West 6th Street following the race.
• Cash Bar: Available at the Watch Party.

🐶 Dogs and Strollers

Dogs and strollers are allowed at this race, but we ask that you start in the back of the pack so as to not get in the way during the start. Dogs should be kept on a short leash and please make sure to be respectful and clean up any messes. Please be mindful of your surroundings at the start line and along the course, and please be respectful of your fellow football fans!

💵 Refunds and Transfers

Sorry, but all entries are non-refundable. Once we've received and processed your entry, you will not receive a refund, you may not give or sell your race number to another person, and entry fees are not transferable to the next year's race or any other race.
