• Time: FRIDAY, October 11 from 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Other Locations: Piper Glen - 6416 Rea Road Charlotte 28277 and University – 1816 E. Arbors Drive Charlotte 28262
• Shirt Guarantee: Ensure your shirt by registering before 9/6/2025.

⏱ Timing and Scoring

• Chip-Timed: The race will be chip-timed using ChronoTrack timing equipment.
• Results: Participant results are based on the time each runner crosses the start and finish lines.
• Availability: Results will be instantly available as you cross the finish line.
• QR Code: Just scan the QR code on your bibs or at the finish line for your results!

👕 Event T-Shirts

• Size Guarantee: Register to guarantee your shirt size!
• Shirt Type: Every participant will receive a long-sleeve shirt while supplies last.
• No Switching: NO SWITCHING SIZES – NO EXCEPTIONS. After the race, sizes can only be swapped if leftovers are available.
• Kids Kilometer: Shirts for Kids Kilometer are 100% cotton.

🏆 Awards & Age Group Divisions

• Ceremony: Awards to be given after the event, approximately 30 minutes after the first finisher.
• Categories: Overall, Masters, and various age divisions including 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, and more.
• Unclaimed Awards: Please note, we do not ship unclaimed awards.
• Age Groups: Include 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, and 75+.

💸 Refunds and Transfers

• Non-Refundable: Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Non-Transferable: Registration fees are also non-transferrable.

🐾 Dogs

• Policy: Dogs are not allowed on the course for the safety of all participants.
• Love for Dogs: We love dogs, but they cannot participate in the race.

👶 Strollers or Baby Joggers

• Welcome: We encourage bringing strollers or baby joggers!
• Start Time: All baby jogger pushers will start with everyone else.
• Awards: Please note, there is no awards category for strollers or baby joggers.

🚑 Medical Emergencies and First Aid

• Provided By: Medical services at the start/finish line are provided by partners at Novant Health.
• Emergency Alert: Alert an event volunteer for any on-course emergencies and call 9-1-1.

💧 Water Stops and Porta-Potties

• Facilities: Porta-Potties will be available at the start/finish area.

☔ Inclement Weather Policy

• Conditions: Events will be held rain or shine unless it's deemed unsafe.
• No Refunds: Cancellation due to inclement weather will not constitute a refund or transfer.
• Rights Reserved: RunCharlotte reserves the right to alter or cancel any event portions as needed.
