• Event: Novant Health Lake Norman 15K & 5K runs

• Details: Choose from a fun, family-friendly 5K or a scenic 15K course.

🎉 Event Schedule

• Event Day: This is a Sunday event filled with fun and post-race brews.
• Packet Pickup: Available on Friday, October 11 at all Run For Your Life locations.
• Race Morning Pickup: Available on Sunday from 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM.
• Final Event: This is the concluding event of the 2025 Run Charlotte season.

📦 Packet Pickup Details

• Midtown Location: 901 S. Kings Drive Charlotte 28204, October 11, 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Piper Glen Location: 6416 Rea Road Charlotte 28277, October 11, 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• University Location: 1816 E. Arbors Drive Charlotte 28262, October 11, 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Shirt Guarantee: Register before September 6, 2025 to ensure your preferred shirt size.

⏱️ Timing and Scoring

• Chip-Timed: The race will be chip-timed using ChronoTrack equipment.
• Results: Participant results will be available immediately upon crossing the finish line.
• QR Code: Scan the QR code on your bibs or at the finish line for results.
• No Bag Check: There will be no bag check service for this event.

👕 Event T-Shirts

• Shirt Size: Every participant will receive a long-sleeve shirt while supplies last.
• No Size Switching: No exceptions for switching sizes, but may switch after the race if shirts are available.
• Kids Kilometer Shirts: Available in 100% cotton.
• Register Early: Ensure your shirt size through early registration.

🏆 Awards & Age Group Divisions

• Awards Ceremony: Held approximately 30 minutes after the first finisher.
• Categories: Include Overall, Masters, and various age groups.
• No Unclaimed Awards: Awards will not be shipped to unclaimed winners.
• Age Groups: Categories span from 14 & Under to 75+.

💰 Refunds and Transfers

• Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

🐾 Dogs Policy

• No Dogs Allowed: Dogs are not permitted on the course for safety reasons.

👶 Strollers or Baby Joggers

• Strollers Welcome: All baby jogger pushers will start with everyone else.
• No Awards for Strollers: Please note that there is no award category for strollers or baby joggers.

🚑 Medical Emergencies and First Aid

• Medical Support: Provided by Novant Health at the start/finish line.
• Emergency Protocol: Alert an event volunteer and call 9-1-1 if needed.

💦 Water Stops and Facilities

• Porta-Potties: Available at the start/finish area.

🌧️ Inclement Weather Policy

• Rain or Shine: Events will be held unless deemed unsafe by officials.
• No Refunds: Cancellations due to weather do not warrant a refund or transfer.
• Event Modifications: RunCharlotte reserves the right to alter or cancel portions of the event.
