Move for Mobility 5k

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

AMD3 and Operation Walk Pittsburgh present the 3rd Annual Move 4 Mobility 5K!!

This run/walk will take place at Schenley Park on Saturday, June 21, 2025. The course is a moderate out-and-back route along the scenic Bridle Trail. The run/walk event will begin at 9 a.m.

A separate, 1/2-mile Kids’ Race will begin at 8:45 a.m.

• Chip Timing: Chip timing for all 5k runners
• Age Group Awards: Age Group Awards will be distributed
• Post-Race Refreshments: Post-race drinks & snacks for all participants

🏥 Onsite Services

The Wellness Center for Bone and Joint Health, UPMC Mobile Unit, and Lifeline Physical Therapy will be onsite during the event to assess bone and joint health and co-create care plans for the treatment and prevention of arthritis. Register now for the chance to participate in FREE onsite services including:

• Bone Density Scans: Get assessed on your bone density
• Nutritional Screenings: Nutritional Knowledge Screenings available
• Stretching: Stretching & Balance Exercises offered
• Kinesiology Taping: Kinesiology Taping sessions provided

SIGN UP EARLY!! After June 1st, t-shirts cannot be guaranteed with registration.

On-site packet pick-up will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. at the Schenley Park Oval Shelter on race day.
