Mohegan Striders 4-Miler at Sneekers

🏃‍♂️ About the Race

Fourth annual race hosted by the Mohegan Striders, this 4 mile race runs through Groton, CT.

It will take place on Sunday, August 17th, 2025 at 9:30am.

🕘 Registration & Check-In

• Opening Time: Registration and Check-In will open at 8AM in the Sneekers Parking Lot (Where there is NOT PARKING FOR RUNNERS)
• Swag: First 200 registered will receive a t-shirt! First come first served on sizes race day.

🏆 Awards & Prizes

• Overall Prizes: $100 for First Overall Male and Female.
• Divisional Awards: Gift Cards for top 3 (Excluding top OA) for male/female in divisions: <=19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+, plus top 3 Nonbinary.
• Award Time: Awards will take place at 10:30 AM.
• After Party: Sneekers Cafe will be open during and following awards! Drop in with your $1 off coupon from registration.

💰 Registration Fees

MOHEGAN STRIDERS and WTAC MEMBERS who are properly registered with your respective clubs receive a discount if signing up prior to race day.

The runsignup fee will be PAID BY THE RACE, so the price you see is the price you get!

🗺️ Course and Parking

• Course Map: Course map attached.
• Dog Policy: Dogs not permitted to run in the race.
• Parking Location: Runners should park at the EB Parking Lot, M-Lot/Annex, which comes up on google maps. It is about 0.1 miles west of Sneekers Cafe (568 Poquonnock Rd, Groton, CT).
• Parking Reminder: PLEASE DO NOT PARK AT SNEEKERS, there will be large race parking signs at the EB Lot.

🛣️ Directions to Parking

• Exit: Take exit 87 from I-95
• Turn onto: Continue onto CT-349 S
• Left Turn: Turn left onto Rainville Ave
• Right Turn: Turn right onto State Hwy 649/Poquonnock Rd
• Final Destination: Turn right into EB Parking Lot, M-Lot/Annex
