Welcome to the registration page for the Montgomery County Road Runners Summer Half Marathon (SHM) Program!
🗓️ Program Overview
The Summer Half Marathon (SHM) Program is designed to develop and improve a runner’s ability to complete 13.1 miles.
- Purpose: The training schedule will prepare runners for 10-mile and half marathon distance races ranging from mid-September through mid-October.
- Inclusivity: While the base training program enables success for those new to the distance, experienced runners will be challenged with program adaptations.
- Goals: The program aims to help runners meet their individual objectives.
