🏅 Program Overview
The Summer Half Marathon (SHM) Program is designed to develop and improve a runner’s ability to complete 13.1 miles.
- Training Schedule: Prepares runners for 10-mile and half marathon distance races ranging from mid-September through mid-October.
- Base Training: Enables success for those new to the distance.
- Experienced Runners: Will be challenged with program adaptations to help them meet their individual objectives.
