Join us for the 8th annual Laura’s Run4Kids hosted by First Alert 4’s Laura Hettiger!

🎉 Participation Options

• 5K Race or Family Fun Run/Walk: Sign up for either the 5K Race or 1-mile Family Fun Run/Walk.
• Virtual Participation: Share the spirit virtually by registering for the 5K Virtual Run.
• Group Discounts: Register as an individual, family of 4 or group of 10, with special discounts.
• Fundraising: Start your own online fundraiser (click on Become a Fundraiser).

If you are unable to join us on May 10 in Tower Grove Park, share the spirit of Laura virtually from May 10 through May 17. Run, jog or walk where you are – in your neighborhood, on the track, at home on your treadmill – and celebrate at the virtual finish line with an online community when you’ve completed your 5K (3.1 miles).

• T-shirt: T-shirt for all participants.
• Medals: Medals and 1st Place awards ceremony.
• Community Involvement: Little Bit partner schools, families, students in attendance.
• Food: Food and beverages including Chick-fil-A.
• Kids Zone: Kids Zone with Bubble Bus, Louie — St. Louis Blues mascot, and more!
• Early Bird Discounts: Early Bird Discounts end April 13th.
• Group Discounts: Group and family discounts available.
• Family Friendly: Family friendly event – strollers and dogs allowed!
