❤️ Mission
- Fundraising: The Kim’s Kindness 5K raises funds for Kim's Kindness and Kimberly Ann Be the Difference Memorial Scholarship Fund.
- Purpose: To continue Kim’s legacy of spreading kindness and helping those less fortunate.
- Scholarships: Annual scholarships will be awarded to seniors graduating from Mattituck High School.
- Community Support: Donations will be given to various community organizations to help spread kindness.
🏆 Awards and Recognition
- Top Finishers: Awards for the top three male and female finishers overall.
- Age Group Awards: Top three males and females in various age groups: 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, 71-80, 80+.
- Team Spirit: Share this event with friends and family to help spread Kim's Kindness.
- Participation: Join as a team or register as an individual.
🏃 Event Details
- Fun Run: Starts at 8:30 am. Jogging strollers are welcome!
- Kids Fun Run: 2 divisions - 1 to 5 (25 Yard Dash) and 6 to 10 (100 Yard Dash).
- 5K Run-Walk: Begins at 9:00 am (see map below).
- 1/2 Mile Walk: Starts at 9:00 am (see map below).
🎽 Virtual Option
- Virtual Running: Participate from anywhere for an additional $5 to cover shirt shipping.
- Food and Fun: Enjoy food, music, raffles, and medals.
- T-Shirts: Dry-Fit T-Shirts if registered by 3/15/25.
